📧 Email Provider

Connect your own provider account. Email credits are not included in your CRM package. Free or paid sending allowances and charges depend on your provider plan; any payments go directly to your provider.

Brevo inbound parsing must use Bearer authentication. Generate a token, copy it into Brevo's webhook authentication, then send a test reply. The old unauthenticated webhook no longer accepts messages; Sync Replies remains available for connected IMAP inboxes.
